Custom Grillz Policy

All of our grillz are custom-made to order based on the mold impression you send us. Please make sure your mold is accurate and complete before shipping it back. R&J Golds is not responsible for improper fitting caused by inaccurate or damaged molds.

Mold Kits

Your first mold kit is provided free of charge with your purchase. If a replacement mold kit is required due to damage, poor impression, or loss, an additional fee will apply for a new kit.

All Sales Final / No Refunds

Due to the personalized and hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged under any circumstance. We do not offer refunds for incorrect molds, sizing issues, or customer dissatisfaction once production has begun.

Shipping & Processing Time

Production begins after we receive your completed mold. Standard production time may vary depending on design complexity and order volume. R&J Golds is not responsible for shipping delays, lost or stolen packages, or issues caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Health & Allergy Disclaimer

R&J Golds uses high-quality metals and materials; however, we cannot guarantee that our products are suitable for everyone. We are not responsible for any allergic reactions, skin irritations, or health-related issues that may occur from wearing grillz. Customers are responsible for knowing their own sensitivities before purchasing.

Care & Maintenance

We offer free lifetime cleaning and redip services to maintain your grillz. Customers are responsible for proper care and storage to prevent damage, tarnish, or loss. Misuse, bending, or exposure to harsh chemicals can damage your grillz and void any service guarantee.

Limitation of Liability

R&J Golds shall not be held liable for any injury, damage, loss, or expense arising from the use or misuse of our products. By purchasing from R&J Golds, you acknowledge and agree to use our products at your own risk.

Agreement

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service and that R&J Golds will not be held responsible for any dissatisfaction, errors in mold submission, or allergic reactions.
