RETURN & REFUND POLICY — ALL SALES FINAL
All sales are final. Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our grillz and for strict sanitary and hygiene reasons, we do not accept any returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.
Once an order is placed and production has begun, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
Each grillz set is handcrafted based on the customer’s personal dental mold, which makes every order unique and non-resellable. By purchasing from R&J Golds, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
NO RETURNS / NO REFUNDS
- All products are custom-made specifically for the customer using their mold.
- For sanitary and safety regulations, we cannot accept any item back into our facility.
- All orders are final once submitted. No exceptions.
VERIFICATION & FRAUD PREVENTION
To protect our customers and our business from unauthorized transactions and fraud, every order requires mandatory verification:
- Screenshot of the payment from the customer’s bank/card account showing the charge.
- Clear photo of the customer’s government-issued ID, matching the name on the order.
- Matching shipping and billing information may be required for approval.
If verification is not provided, R&J Golds will place the order on hold and will NOT ship the mold kit or grillz until verification is completed.
Failure to comply may result in the order being cancelled without a refund, as production slots and materials are already allocated.
TERMS & CONDITIONS AGREEMENT
All customers are required to sign our Terms & Conditions contract before production begins.
This contract outlines:
No return / no refund policy
- Production time
- Mold kit instructions
- Liability waiver for incorrect molds provided by customers
- Shipping and communication expectations
CHARGEBACK & DISPUTE NOTICE
By placing an order, the customer agrees that:
- They authorized the purchase.
- They understand the custom nature of the product.

They acknowledge that chargebacks for “item not received,” “not as described,” or “fraud” will be disputed with full evidence, including:
- Signed contract
- Verification ID
- Payment screenshot
- Shipping records and tracking
- Photos of the custom work

Communication logs
Any attempt to file a fraudulent chargeback will be reported to the card issuer and may result in legal action for theft of services or mail fraud.
INCORRECT MOLDS
If a customer sends an incorrect or unusable mold:
- A replacement mold kit will be sent at the customer’s expense.
R&J Golds is not responsible for delays caused by:
- USPS/UPS/FedEx
- Weather conditions
- Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
Once package is shipped tracking information is provided our responsibility ends.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By placing an order, the customer confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to this policy in full.
